Heh...

I don't know why you make the fuss about Phelp's age.

I heard the Chinese government issued a passport confirming that he was 46 years old. No need for an amendment!

Actually with Phelps, then Obama would have had a chance. But when he learned that McCain picked Palin, OBama knew that he lost the election.
