Mayor Moncrief honors bet with Boise's Bieter

Abstract:
Fort Worth Mayor Mike Moncrief wore a Boise State Broncos football jersey and hat to the first City Council meeting of 2010 Tuesday night after losing a bet to Boise Mayor David Bieter. The mayors agreed that whoever supported the Fiesta Bowl's losing team would have to wear the winning team's jersey and hat to the next City Council meeting and be photographed as proof....

The mayor of Fort Worth has class. That's part of what makes college football so fun. Go Frogs! Go Boise State!

We are all blessed to have two great coaches, Chris Petterson & Gary Patterson, coaching our kids. Fort Worth Mayor is good sport and sets a great example. I enjoyed hanging out with the folks from Texas supporting their Frogs during the Fiesta Bowl. Hope to see you again. God Bless. Go TCU, Go Broncos!!!
