Shouldn't it be "alternate plans," rather than "alternative plans?"

The law is the law, I respect the administration at TCU (my alma mater) for following campus policy and the law! Thank you for taking a stand. Students who are pouting about this - guess what - it's time to grow up and deal with it! And by the way, I was at the game on Saturday - attendance looked normal to me - so I'm pretty sure this tailgate policy didn't really affect attendance. And too, TCU has not made things more dangerous by following the law. I think we'd all be hard pressed to really believe that our intelligent student body makes stupid decisions to drive after drinking, and on the other hand - hard to believe that "no one drives anywhere after a game" --whether the tailgate is on campus or not.
