The carry on campus bill that is working its way through the Texas Legislature is a hot-button topic. In fact, the editorial board could not write a Skiff View on whether it should pass because people feel strongly on both sides of the issue. One thing that all editors agreed on, however, is the government should not have the right to interfere with the rights of private institutions to institute policies as they see fit. (1) comment
