Many say it's the most important position on a football team. Luckily for the Frogs, there are very few questions when it comes to the quarterback position in 2009. Junior Andy Dalton, the unquestioned starter, will be entering his third full season under center. (0) comments

Sprinter adjusts to life with newborn

Kristal Juarez steps into the blocks. The voice behind the microphone quiets the crowd. "On your mark." Her nerves cause her body to shake and her muscles to coil. "Set." Seconds pass. Waiting for the final shot seems like an eternity. Bang. She never looks back; she only moves forward. (0) comments

It's no secret that the Frogs love running the football. The team ran the ball 642 times last season - the fifth highest total in the country - for 2863 yards and 39 touchdowns. The Frogs' dedication to the ground game allowed the team to finish first in the country in time of possession at 35:10 per game. (0) comments

The three-match road trip began Thursday when the Horned Frogs handed No. (0) comments

When baseball season began, the Horned Frogs and Texas Tech weren't scheduled to play each other. By the conclusion of Monday's game between the two teams, the Red Raiders were probably wishing it had stayed that way. Fresh off a four-game road swing, the No. (0) comments
